IMPORTANT UPDATE (COMP 19)

We are extremely sorry to share that we have some really devastating news.

 

During the last storm "Bram" we unfortunately had an unknown fault in our UPS back up power supply to our 54 litre tanks.

Although we only lost power to our property for a very short duration - Our UPS back up did not switch back to mains power when the mains power was restored -  as a result 1 out of 5 of our racks lost power, heat and air supplies to the sponge filters for approximately 6 hours (We don't know exactly how long)

 

This has resulted in a major loss to many of our stock tanks and unfortunately due to losing 99% of our adult 236rb we have had to face the very difficult reality that we had no choice but to cancel this Xmas competition.

 

We would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your entry however regrettably on this occasion we will unfortunately have to cancel your entry, close the competition and fully refund your money.

We are working hard to contact everyone who entered this competition in the next 24hrs where we will be emailing and asking you to provide details so as we can issue you a full refund.
