WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

For livestock we do not accept returns. Returning fish that have just been shipped to you, is simply unethical on the animal(s) therefore once you have ordered and paid for live fish, there is no return. All orders of live animals are subject to a no return policy. In the unlikely event your livestock has arrived DOA then please refer to the DOA section below for further info.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDER?

We process and ship orders within 1-2 business days. For all livestock orders - We closely monitor overnight temperatures between us and your delivery address. If this is forecast to be below 4 degrees Celsius we will hold of shipping your order until the overnight temperature increases. In this instance someone will be in touch with you. For postage we use a next day courier service. We will notify you once your order has moved from processing to Shipped and supply you with the tracking number. 

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

No - Livestock welfare would be compromised therefore we do not ship overseas, we do however ship to Northern Ireland. If in doubt or you live in a remote area of the UK please ensure you contact us first so we can check. 

WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?

We accept various payment options including major credit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers. Your payment information is secure with us as we use encrypted connections and trusted payment gateways to protect your financial data.

HOW DO YOU SAVE MY DATA?

Protecting your data is important to us. We implement UK industry-standard security measures to safeguard your personal information. Your data is stored on secure servers and is used to fulfil your order only with restricted access only to us. We do not share or sell your information to any third parties.

CAN I COLLECT?

On most occasions yes of course... We actually prefer collections as its far better for the fish. If you would like to collect we suggest you use the contact form as the website automatically adds shipping costs. We can arrange a time that suits us both.

Dead On Arrival (DOA) Refund Policy

DOA applies to within one hour from delivery, and before any acclimatization to your own tank(s) begins. Photographic or video proof of the deceased fish must be supplied to us, displaying them in the unopened bag they were shipped in. It is the buyers full responsibility to be at the delivery address and available at the time of delivery to receive the fish on the agreed delivery date.

Our DOA refund policy only ever applies to the first delivery attempt made by the courier.

If your DOA claim is accepted we will Issue you a full refund of the cost of the fish minus P&P.
