Diet: Boesemani Rainbowfish (Melanotaenia boesemani) are omnivores with a natural diet consisting of small insects, algae, and plant matter found in their native lakes. In the aquarium, they thrive on a varied diet of high-quality flake or pellet food supplemented with live or frozen foods like brine shrimp and bloodworms, 1 as well as some vegetable matter to ensure optimal health and vibrant coloration.
Ideal Water temp: 24 - 29 degrees c
PH: 7.0  ->  8.0 (our Bosemani breed in 7.4ph water...)
 
Temprement:
Boesemani Rainbowfish (Melanotaenia boesemani) are known for their peaceful and active temperament, making them excellent additions to community aquariums. They are social fish that thrive in groups of six or more, where they will display their natural schooling behavior and their stunning colors will be most vibrant.
