Temprement:
Ramshorn Snails are completely peaceful and harmless. They are the "silent workers" of the tank, constantly gliding over glass, hardscape, and plant leaves to remove biofilm and algae. Unlike some other snails, they generally do not eat healthy live plants; they prefer to focus on the dying leaves and "cleaning up" the environment.
