Maximum Size: Approx 5cm

Diet: Japanese Blue Endlers (Poecilia wingei) are omnivorous and require a varied diet consisting of high-quality flake food as a staple, supplemented with small live or frozen foods like baby brine shrimp and microworms to promote vibrant colors and health. It's also beneficial to occasionally offer them blanched vegetables or algae to round out their nutritional needs.

Ideal Water temp: 22 - 28 degrees c

PH: 6.7  ->  8.5 (our endlers breed in 7.4ph water...)

 

Temprement:

Japanese Blue Endlers (Poecilia wingei) are known for their peaceful and active temperament, making them delightful additions to community aquariums. Males may display some playful chasing and fin-flashing as part of their courtship rituals, but this is generally not aggressive. They thrive best when kept in groups, where their social behaviors can be observed, and they are less likely to be stressed.
