Species Group: Pleco

Origin: Rio Demini, Brazil, South America.

Maximum Size: Approx 12-15cm

Diet: The L136B is Omnivorous, with a preference for meaty protein rich foods, especially as adults. Offer high-quality sinking pellets, frozen foods like bloodworms and brine shrimp, and some vegetable matter, particularly for juveniles.

Ideal Water temp: 25 - 30 degrees c

PH: 6.0  ->  7.2

 

Temprement:

L136B's are generally peaceful towards most tank mates. They can be territorial towards other plecos, especially in smaller tanks, so providing ample hiding places like caves and driftwood is crucial.
