Diet:
Super Red Shortfin Bristlenose Plecos are primarily herbivorous and thrive on a plant-based diet. Feed high-quality algae wafers as a staple, supplemented with fresh vegetables such as cucumber, courgette, spinach, and green beans. Occasional protein-based foods like sinking pellets or frozen foods can be offered to support overall health and growth.

Temperament:
Peaceful and perfect for community aquariums. Males may show mild territorial behaviour towards each other, especially in smaller tanks, but overall they are hardy, easy-going fish that coexist well with a wide range of tank mates.
