Diet: Corydoras hastatus are omnivorous bottom feeders. In their natural environment, they forage for small invertebrates, detritus, and plant matter. In an aquarium, they should be offered a diet of high-quality sinking micro pellets or tablets, along with regular supplements of small live or frozen foods such as daphnia, cyclops, and baby brine shrimp. They also appreciate biofilm and micro-organisms found in mature planted tanks.

Ideal Water temp: 22 - 27 degrees c

PH: 6.0  ->  7.5

Temprement:

Corydoras hastatus are very peaceful and social catfish that thrive in groups of at least six or more. Unlike many other Corydoras, they often swim in the mid-water column in addition to foraging on the substrate, sometimes schooling with small schooling fish. They are an excellent choice for peaceful community tanks and planted nano aquariums. Their active yet non-disruptive nature makes them a charming addition.
