A1: We prioritize tropical fish health by, wherever possible, home-breeding our stock. For all our fish – including vibrant Fancy Guppies, rare Medaka, majestic Angelfish, and unique Fancy Plecos – where not bred here we adhere to a very rigorous quarantine process. This ensures every fish is well-rested, disease-free, and thriving before travelling to your aquarium.

 

Q2: How do you ensure the safe delivery of your tropical fish?

A2: We take extreme care with tropical fish shipping. Each fish is double-bagged in quality, pure oxygen-filled bags, with heat packs used as needed for warmth. One of us will personally arrange a suitable delivery date, ensuring your fish arrive safely and with minimal stress to their new tank.

 

Q3: What support do you offer after my fish arrive?

A3: Your tropical fish journey doesn't end with delivery! We're always on hand via our platform messages or email for any aftercare questions. In the very rare event of a Dead On Arrival (DOA), our clear refund policy is in place to give you peace of mind.
